  • Create and customize their own characters
  • Generate and participate in interactive stories
  • Access various narrative experiences across different genres

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

When using StoryImmerse, you agree to:

5. AI-Generated Content

StoryImmerse uses artificial intelligence to generate characters, dialogue, and storylines. Please note:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of AI-generated content
  • Users should exercise discretion when interacting with AI-generated content
  • We reserve the right to moderate and remove inappropriate content

If you purchase a subscription or premium features:

  • Payments are processed through your device's app store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy
  • We may change pricing with advance notice

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

StoryImmerse is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
